If you are anti war, pro civil liberties you will be seen as being non American and a pinko commie. It is funny they want to list country music as a major cultural tenant of America and not hip hop. Both play to the lowest base of society and are really nothing more than affirming a mediocre existence, but country usually has a patriotic theme to it, while hip hop tends to be either about materialism or the tough existence living in the inner city.
Question, if country music and Hip Hop play to the lowest base of society, then what plays to the higher base of society? Or in other words what kinda music do you like?
