If it were one or the other, definitely go with Marshall.

T.O. is well into his thirties. maybe get one or 2 years out of him. Marshall is a guy that can be a part of the franchise for much longer. A much wiser investment.

And T.O. is ALWAYS a model citizen in the first year with a team. Its year 2 and 3 where he becomes a haedache.
