Ha, I dont know why I'm so bitter about this... maybe its just that I wanan get my time off in cause its tough sometimes to get days off here or what, but I'm really impatient with this.

You're saying my job's easy?! Granted, it's not my job anymore but still just a few things to consider:
-Contractual limitations and obligations
-Other programming obligations on the networks
-Event logistics (suppose there's an MLB game in Baltimore the same day as a home Ravens game and at the same time, how will that affect traffic patterns, or what if there's a concert scheduled in the stadium?)
-Franchise QB gets traded at the last minute before the schedule is set to be announced
-Traveling distance for teams and networks
