I HIGHLY doubt Smooty will return to D.C. Although no one has yet offered Smoot in excess of $10 million (as a SB), someone surely will. You can take that to the bank.

I'm not sure why we can't up our offer by $2 million...it would only lead to an extra cap hit each season of about 300K. That's nothing.
