I think it's a little difficult to say what Moss is worth. He had a bad year in 2004, but his 2003 number suggets he'd command a fairly decent sized signing bonus. Plus, Drew Rosenhaus is his agent and he usually gets his clients big bucks. Finally, if Moss signs a 5 year deal (and it will probably be 6), this is his only "big" contract as a wideout. It's his only chance to make a lot of money.
So, my guess is he'll end up getting a signing bonus of about $8 million (about half of what top wideouts like TO get) on a 6 year deal worth $28 million.
