The Commish did the right thing.
I wonder if the reason for 4-6 and not a straight 4 or 6 is to allow for the daily facts that keep popping up and the uncertainty about the police involvement in the case. The cop who took the report resigned and from what I understand, his "bodyguards" who were watching the bathroom door were off-duty police picking up some extra pay on the side. It may get much worse for Ben before it is resolved.
