The Panthers obviously believe that based on performance that Moore has the potential to be as good as Delhome. Given that he is younger, cheaper, and the fact that it is an uncapped year it just made sense to release Delhome without a penalty.
4. There is a market to move Campbell but we would have to accept far less than what he is really worth. In my mind he is worth a late 3rd or early to mid 4th. Right now the market is trying to dictate more like a late 4th early 5th.

I agree with some of what you said but I also think he is worth more than a late 3rd to mid 4th. If McCoy and Clausen go in round 2 early enough then any other team in the draft that needs a QB would be much better off trading for Campbell. He would be better than any other QB left in the draft. The Skins don't have to trade him. They can keep him as the back up. So if teams want him I can see giving up a late 2nd or 3rd for him.
