Henderson would be great. I havent seen him play recently so I dont know how much he has left in the tank, but if he plays anything like his former self he's def worth picking up and putting in the nose. Haynesworth as a DE Henderson at the nose, this can be like the ravens having kelly gregg at nose and haloti ngota at end.
We wouldnt pick up Thomas. He seems to be disagreable with the coaches, which is something we are looking to shy away from. Plus he seems to be a shell of his former self. But it would be good to have someone familiar with the 3-4 on our team. Rotating in at OLB ILB and DE. Cant see him starting though.
