Okay, I think that it's Week 8 (and a half), since Week 1 started March 5th, the beginning of the season. The Tuesday after Week 10 being when RFAs must sign their tenders by or forgo playing this year.

Was waiting for Smoot to start this, but got antsy. Let's go.
