Teams know the Skins cap room situation; it is not a secret. So teams are less motivated to bid high for this guy because they know the Skins are really anxious to move him on.

True, but on the other hand... Believe it or not, but it sounds like Gardner may be quickly becoming the top WR on the market. So teams looking for a veteran wide-out will want to snatch him up, which works in the favor of the Redskins. Either way, it should be interesting to see what happens.
