Player perspective is enlightening the way it validate fan views and can also get you thinking a different way bout what goes on in the field as well as behind the scenes. Most def one of coolest threads on the board and personal fav.

The way he answers and his perspective reminds me of how business-like the game is...knowing your role, studying, change, putting in work and carrying your weight, leadership. Because of sport, competition and my love for it, i put these guys on a pedestal but these guys are professionals in the workplace...a very different workplace but a core of what he talks about I can relate here at my work.
