BMW and Hicks both have contractual security for this season, which leaves just 3 spots for the above 6 players.
One would have to think that Cook and Capers have a huge edge with the way that Shanahan holds his draft choices.

Yeah, it's very rare for a team to carry 10 OL. I mean we did it last year but you have to consider that the 10th guy was D'Anthony Batiste. Personally I think that Rinehart and Williams get cut while Cook and Kory L. stay. Of course if Rinehart emerges as a serious threat then they could easily put Cook on the practice squad.

Either way we could easily have the best pair of bookends for the second time in the last 10 years. Right now some other pairs to look out for to contend for this all important ego title are as follows
49ers - Staley/Davis
Baltimore - Gaither/Oher - Soon to be broken up
Miami - Long/Carey -
current champions
Jets - Ferguson/Woody
Vikings - McKinne/Loadholt - Though I keep hearing these days that McKinne is only average.
Carolina - Gross/Otah
Jacksonville - Monroe/Britton
Either way isn't everyone glad now that we didn't sign Chad Clifton to a massive contract?
