I read several articles about this whole thing this morning. Honestly, it's alarming. Afghanistan is the now the longest war in our nation's history. To have a general of McChrystal's caliber calling out the administration... Sheesh.

A few of the articles I read spoke of what an excellent general he is, and how he's always been very respectful of others, particularly his superiors. I don't really know much about the man, but if that's true, that makes this whole thing even more troubling. Very unfortunate.
