Afghanistan would've been over had Bush not taken vacation during it
Honestly though it's hard to give either admin much credit on the situation. When someone inherits the "cleanup effort" it's hard to blame them more though. What makes me wonder is why neither admin really committed what they said it would take. Maybe they knew something that's just not coming to light for us common folk.
