Maybe so--it makes sense, given that the team they lost to in the SB was a team they beat in the regular season. Regardless, I know that any SB loss leaves bitterness for any fan, but I think that's the team we're talking about as the franchise's best-ever if they hadn't lost that game.

Nice post . I actually believe our '87 team was better than the '91 team , not that it matters , both were awesome . The '82 and '83 teams were powerful < we won SB 17 minus Art Monk > , and had yet to draft D. Green and C. Mann .... we were spoiled in the '80's !
