I don't think Vincent is disgruntled like Marshall, just has a booze problem and I do think SD will ask for a first rounder for him or at least in the beginning. Jackson is a top WR in the league, so I think SD could still expect a first rounder. A 3rd rounder is more apt to be a bust.
