Ive spent some time in cincy. small small small city. I imagine an athlete driving around in an expensive shiny benz or hummer draws alot more attention in Cincy than if he was driving the same car in DC.
They had race riots about 10 or so years ago b/c the black community felt the police dept was racially motivated.
