Joe Gibbs had some great OFFENSIVE assistants, that would go under his "coaching tree" (some went on to become Head Coaches in the NFL). Joe Gibb's offensive ball control system is run by more colleges and professional teams than the "west coast", "vertical passing game", or "run and shoot" systems.
