Showing up in good shape will be a good start, but I think he's got a bit more to do before everyone considers this past offseason water under the bridge. He better be ready to work his tail off and do anything the coaches ask of him with no complaining.

That said I still can't shake this feeling that he's not going to be in a Redskins uniform this year.
