Buster: " According to Mike and Mike this morning, NO 1st round picks have signed yet because they're waiting to see how the new CBA will be structured. "

How can the rookies and teams wait to see how the new CBA will be structured? They won't get that done between now and training camp opening.

Buster this is not a jab at you, it just does not make much sense to wait this long when the deal won't be done and the rookie pay scale may or may not be in the next CBA. I know that Hasell said it is something they want to get done, but you can't gaurentee it will be in place come April 2011. Just get these deals done and get the guys in camp operating off of the same basis they have for years. The Player, Agents and GMs can change all this next offseason not now.
