Revenge is sweet until it bites you in the ass.

I think it's pretty cool that Shanahan punished him today... But it makes me wonder:
1) AH needs to be in practice and learn the 3-4. Each day he doesn't -- isn't good.
2) As has been mentioned, punishing a guy by telling him he can't work out with the team - is actually giving him a break.
3) After punishing AH and with an angry locker room -- how do we know he'll really play for us in games?? Can you *TRUST* him in the 4th quarter to stop Brandon Jacobs with one yard to go into our endzone? What if he just throws plays to get back at -- everyone?

Ideally, I'd like to punish and bruise him physically all training camp, and then get the virus out of our locker room by game 1. But he's too "good" and too expensive to trade without getting value.
