I tend to agree here...tell the press he will not be running on the knee for the next week so it can heal up...rather than doing light work on it...ditch the work, it can't be helping a bad knee...put him in a brace and let him watch practice and work on the rest of his body and study the playbook like a machine. If the message comes from Shanny, it will still look like he is calling all the shots....I don't see the value in Haynesworth aggravating a knee injury to run some mandatory shuttle test. He'd obviously have to run hard to get through it...likewise, he shouldn't be practicing on a bad knee either...but he should be able to be involved in walkthroughs...again...if Shanny says it is all to benefit his knee...and he must still pass later..he still has all the cards.
