I am sure he would not. I do think he would actually have to fire Gibbs if that plan was ever seriously considered. That is crazy. We'd never be in cap trouble though. We could low ball everyone and devalue the end of the draft enough so that everyone is making minimum with no SB. That'd be fun. Very popular with the players too I am sure.
