I'd go with Dickerson because I do remember him playing but don't remember him that much so I'll go Curtis Martin with an honorable mention to umm.. maybe Jerome Bettis if you axe the last few years

Wide Receivers:

Rice
Moss
C. Carter
T. Brown
M. Harrison

really hard to pick the WRs.. could've put on Lofton, Bruce, Holt, T.O., Reed, etc
