That was an Ice Cream Truck. Why would he tell his friend to put it on #3 if they were going to turn it down. Secondly, why did Radio go sliding farther into traffic ? Did he think "Awww man I'm a big black dude with all black on, nobody's gonna touch me. Nobody !"
Dumb shit, I'm glad he got GTA'd by the truck. The funny thing is he slid into it and he does look like Radio.
