wonder what really happened with this westbrook situation. maybe some paperwork didnt get filed properly to place Kelly on IR and the skins thought they had to drop another player ASAP, but then got the kelly thing worked out?

either way, this could be an indication that westbrook is the 75th player on the team right now.
