I'm with Drew. Incentive laden deal. And this play with your cousin and ex-roommate stuff is ridiculous. That's a bomb waiting to blow. In any workplace it's not good to have a bunch of relatives and roommates working together. Too much fun and not a lot of 'get done'. Going back to the Vinny Cerrato interview. Follow up question. How does a player's age (Bruce Smith) and/or injury history (Courtney Brown) factor into 'the process'. To me it should be automatic. No consideration.
