exactly tryful. this just happened and some parents already have a lawyer and are trying to cash in. guess they dont know that suing your own school district and city/township sucks up your communities tax paid for budget.

not every accident does a lawsuit make. this seems like pure negligence, nothing that would allow the parents to tack on punitive damages.

so what are these children's damages? unless some go to a counselor or psychiatrist for not being able to sleep, I dont see the damages. give the students a dollar each and a middle finger to the parents already calling attorneys.

but given the nature, im sure the school district will want to settle. I wouldnt.
