If we make a play on VJ it will be for two reasons:

1) McNabb vouches for him. VJ & McNabb train together in the offseason in Arizona, so McNabb has a good read on whether or not he's a talent or just product of the system. Plus, McNabb and VJ already have chemistry, which leads me to point #2

2) Games #5 & 6 this year are against GB and Indy. Kinda would be nice to have VJ to kick that stretch off - and the timing works out great for us.

I'm all for signing him - if, and only if, we don't sell the farm for him. He should not get Top Tier WR money (a la Fitzgerald, Moss, etc...), but about $6-7M/year would be reasonable.
