For us, getting rid of the embarrassing and debilitating reputation the Redskins have had for that past decade as a place to "get paid well, but not necessarily win anything" is priority No.1 so players don't come here just to milk the money tree for all its worth and then leave a pile of crap behind them like many already have.

Personally, I see a lot of similarities between VJ and AH, hence my hesitation to go after him. I know he has a lot of talent, but I'm sure Vinny said the same thing when going after AH and disregarding the warning signs.
