I agree. Part of what I loved about Taylor was that he was that deep Center fielder, in a sense Ed Reed in a linebackers body and in a passing league thats a great thing to have. I've come to accept that Landry's 2007 FS run might have been nothing more then a flash in the pan so trying to plug Landry in the role is futile.

On the other hand, through these first two weeks Landry has clearly been the best player on defense. Orakpo is a relatively close second. Fletcher has obviously been playing well, but I feel like the same praise that was cast upon Fletcher last year is now being directed towards Landry. Hopefully he continues along this path.
