What Mike, Kyle, and Jim need to realize is that what was successful for other teams isn't a determination to totally scrap what we already do well. Let's see more power running, working some stretch plays in. Need I mention the defense? You can play more aggressively (exotic blitzes) while preserving the 4-3 schemes.
