I hear you. Working those hours, it just can't be all 100% focus at all times. There have to be some times where the coach is face first sleeping on his desk, or not quite there during a meeting. It's got to be brutal to have the mental acuity to be go go go from 7am-midnight 3 days in row, plus all the other work on the other days. 100 hours a week? I worked almost 70 last week (not my normal week, trust me) and come Sunday I was ready to fall over. I can't imagine tacking on another 30 on top of that.
