The team has done an average to great job drafting in the first round, 5th-7th round picks, and finding gems through UDFA the last few years but the 2nd thru 4th rounds seem to be a huge collection of wasted picks in that same time frame.

Not busting on you but in theory we should give away our top draft picks for a lot of lower draft picks and still pick up some UFA's? Especially since this team has done better in later rounds.
