So as you can see Daseal, Gibbs pretty much built his racing empire from the ground up. He wasn't just someone who sat in the pits or in the stands counting the money coming in. He has taking an active role in doing what needs to be done in order to be successful, not neccessarily by opening his wallet, but using his brain... and it paid off for him in Nascar - something he had little knowledge about in the beginning. There is no comparision of Joe Gibbs the owner of a Nasacar team and Daniel Snyder, the owner of the Washington Redskins.
