I don't know anything about Nascar, nor do I really care to learn. I feel it's a waste of time watching cars go around in circles and you can always see the crashes on the news. If any of you read Maddox, I agree with his views on Nascar for the most part.
He mixes two things I hate and makes fun of both at once (PS - if you're sensitive, don't read the quote. Don't want to hear your complaining):

Anyhow, maddox.xmission.com - some of them are funny, some are plain stupid. Maybe something to keep Malcolm busy between posts at work.
The point I was making is I'm not sure the role of most other owners so it's hard to compare. I certainly don't doubt one bit that Gibbs was a great leader, he always has been. He surrounds himself with great staff which is good too. Hopefully if he doesn't get it going this year he'll surround himself with an offensive coordinator.
