Skins should absolutely make a play for him. None of our current wideouts attract double coverage like Moss does. I also think Shanahan would like/is up to the challenge to assert himself and rehab another player. Randy has two weeks to get ready with the playbook. He gets to come "home" (closer to WV).

My guess is Denver grabs him before we do...
