The offense is separete for the defense they don't respond to Wade they respond to Garrett. Also because the Owner is so freaking involve with the team and players, no player fears their Job. every week you see players giving a half effort and they still start every week. When guys like Marion Barber is the starter for 3 years without even showing it players know they don't have to worry for their spot.

Theirs a lack of effort, focus and plain interest, guys are getting paid despite their effort on the field so why give it.

Also this team has no leadership, coaching or players they don't have people scraming motivating the others when things go bad you see them all sitting moaping you don't see guys trying to rally the others.

This team has always sufferd of over confidence when they usually believe they're unvincable and that's when they make mistakes, this is the second year the media has crown them superbowl contenders or even champions before the first game every time that has happen it goes to their heads and think they just need to show up to win
