Yeah, he's unproven though on this level as a head coach. But still great/best prospect from those ranks.
Honestly he probably could pick a job on the next level, is the Cowgurls the best fit for him? I dont know, lotta pressure, a piece of sh*t owner, for a first time coach...probably could find a better fit.
