I sometiems feel like people equate no leadership or lack of playing hard with a blow out. When you get blown out, it always feels like no one is being a leader, stepping up, or playing with a 100% effort.

I know some guys are def. not high-motor, but you have to give credit to guys like Fletcher and McNabb because I think they both were trying to rally their troops when they were on the sideline.

Nice posts by the way. Fun to read and debate.
