Everything I have read is that Miami is sticking to its guns and wants a first and a third for him and that AO want a monster contract. Between the two, nobody is going to deal for him. If he refuses to sign the tender, he'll sit out until the last six games, sign the tender and get his credit for his fourth year so he can enter the unrestricted market next year. Not a good move on his part but that's what I am thinking is gonna happen.
