Hopefully S1 is employing a little satire as he is want to do. A move like this is high risk/low reward with little chance of success. Although you are undoubtedly a solid competant, if not outstanding employee, you will likely be branded a malcontent, non-team playing rat.
AND the other employees will definately try to get your ass as will the manager. You have to be a little more subtle with things like this.
BUT I do agree with O'Saden1 as you should try to start working to get yourself headed for a more professional field where you can expect more.
