Apart from the fact that he never makes plays? Think about it: when was the last time you heard an announcer say the words "...WHAT A HUGE PLAY BY ROCKY MCINTOSH !!!"
That, and the fact that Gibbs and Cerrato practically tripped all over themselves with a bag of draft picks to move up to get a guy who has never even sniffed the Pro Bowl is just a bit unsettling.
