An example would be me getting fired from my current company, and then rehired from another, and in the first year I disagree with how they run the company, and stop listening to my direct boss.... I would be fired immediately. Kudos to the way MS handles cry baby players, and kudos to Kyle for demanding DM benching.

Good post.
It's funny that Skins fans have become so used to the drama queen players getting their way around here. The fans scream for change, but when it finally comes they resist just as much as some of these crybaby players. For years peopled have wanted a no nonsense, my way or the highway kind of leadership style in here. Now that we have it, it's all

I don't like this now.
DM simply wasn't playing well at all, he should have been benched after the Detroit game. Amazing that after not having started a game since 2008, Grossman of all people is able to step in and do 2 things DM hasn't done all year, throw 4 TDs and put 30 points on the board.
DM is a great guy and I really wanted it to work out for him here, but if it doesn't and someone else can step in and perform at a higher level, get his ass outta here and let's move on. All this BS about respect, or crying about they didn't cater the offense to me, just totally rubs me the wrong way. It's an obvious ploy by DM's agent to get him outta here sooner rather than later.
