The sooner this partnership is resolved, the better prepared the team will be in it's efforts to move forward on personnel and matters aimed at improving the team. This season has been sabotaged by one distraction after another.
As Redskins' Donovan McNabb plays both sides of the fence, it's clear both sides need a quick end to the relationship
