It's great especially online. There's a hot pursuit mode where 4 people are cops and have to chase down the other 4 racers. The cops can set up roadblocks, lay down spike strips, call in choppers, etc. It's a blast.
The single player is pretty cool too, they show your friend's times on each track to give you a little extra incentive.
