I am not sure if you have noticed that in the past 10 years, the nfl has become more a business regarding if the product is not selling you must take it off the shelf. When players dont produce they are let go, and the same goes for coaching staffs. I totally feel that Snyder has and is doing everything possible to build a championship organization. We as fans can argue on forums like this all day, but at the end of the day. You will take any action that the owner decides is best for his organization.
