Letting Suisham go was an instinctive move and a mistake IMO.

Gano's accuracy is bad and his KO's are average. However we have been under average in KO for the last couple years, hence the reason that area is mentioned a lot.

I think you bring in other kickers for competition, but do not cut Gano unless we have a solid replacement.
