The Rule of 26-27-60? Now I'm not sure of the success percentage rate of qb's that do meet the standards of this rule, but that's got to be encouraging for fans of Dalton and McElroy, who I haven't heard barely anything about in the so far limited pre-draft hype. Now looking at the stats there are successfull quarterbacks in the NFL that didn't pass this rule, Favre, Rodgers and McNabb amongst them, but there are a lot of first round draft pick quarterback busts who were drafted high but failed this rule. From this year's class the guys who passed were Ponder, Dalton, McElroy, and Gabbert.
