You are leaving out a very important part of the equation. In Atlanta Vick was a run first guy. He locked onto one receiver and if it wasn't there or wasn't an easy throw he would pull it down and use his legs to improvise. In Philly, he has shown that he can be a dual threat, running when he needs to, but also using the pocket a lot more, moving up and making throws. Even with good accuracy. That is apart of his game he did not have in Atlanta. Big difference. IMO he is going to be harder to defend against now more than he ever was in Atlanta.
